Cold bridging

The rigid insulation boards fixed to the outside of the panels create a ‘warm frame’ and avoids the need for a separate breather membrane and the tapering of joints.

Air tightness

The combination of the our lower profile wall and ecojoist mean that services can be run without penetrating the panel. With a airtight membrane applied in the factory we can contribute to a very high air tightness.

Insulation costs

ETF can target U-Values of between 0.28-0.12. Using a combination of rigid insulation boards and insulation within the panel; ETF can reduce overall insulation costs by 30%

Sustainable Sourcing

Eleco Timber Frame is sourced from Chain of Custody certified suppliers to ensure that the Timber Frame is harvested and manufactured in a way which minimises the impact on the environment.
